Hood Release Problem
On my '78, I am unable to get the passenger side hood release to unlatch. I've seen some posts on the subject already. Still having trouble. GOTTA GET IT OPEN ! Any help is appreciated.

thats the way to do it !! but its not easy with hood locked down. you can get the driver side from laying down beside the car and sticking your arm up there as well. if you dont have aircon you can do the driver side that way as well... with air- no chance

easy on pass side. punch out the little grommet in the fire wall. get a STUBBY straight edge screw driver. you can feel the lever in there with your finger (tight squeeze but worth it) get down there with the driver and push down on the lever. POP! mine just crapped out last week and i was in sheer panic. first try i had it open.
