The horn relay is located in the main dash harness over by the fuse panel, above the kick plate. the wiring for it comes out of the main harness and kinda just dangles there, it is not taped or secured to anything, at least if it factory unmodified. The relay may be light blue, white or black. It is a square palstic box about once inch squareand about 1 1/2 inches long. There will be three flat blade terminals coming out of it when it is removed.
