Door handle adjustment
Perhaps someone here has been through this. I replaced the outside door handle and latch on my 1980. It would not open inside or out with the old pieces. Now with the window up it opens inside or out but seems to be
sticky with the outside handle. Window down won't open outside works perfectly inside. I have a feeling that this is a matter of the rod adjustment from outside handle to latch but I can't find any specs on what the proper adjustment is. Any hints appreciated.
