I assume you have the pulse wipers. The relay "controller" is in the center console just ahead of the heater controls and is mounted to the trannie tunnel. On my 78', you can get to it by removing the console side panel, not sure about your 80'.

Is the motor doing anything at all? There is a switch repair on my site by Dale Wilson, but I think he also repairs the controllers too! You might try looking him up he is a forum member but I can't for the life of me remember his forum name. Do a search and I think you'll find it.

Have you tested the wiper motor to make sure it's working? The controllers are known for going bad on these cars. I've not had time to look in to this circuit yet but I beleive if you find Dale he can help you.

I would check in the following order:
Use my eyes first
Fuse in place
wiper motor connected
wiper controller connected under accessory box behind passenger seat
wiper switch connected 2 connectors behind switch on dash
Fuse good
wiper motor good
Switch good
Controller good
Dale
