Power Antenna Doesn't work
1980 Vette Power antenna does not work. No clue where to start. Radio does have power. Is there a relay for this and if so where is it located? The car was flooded up to the top of the lower seat cushion. The console, fuse panel, and most of the wiring we not in water. The antenna unit itself was dry. The battery and battery box area got wet.

The relay is mounted behind the passenger side seat under the rear storage compartment. You might start there. I have the schematic on this if you need me to post it.
