dash repair?
hello everyone i just joined this forum and it is really great,here is my problem.
I just started restoration on a 1980 c3 with doeskin interior and the dash is in very bad shape (about to fall off the car by itself with no help) it is broke on the passanger side at the side of the dash facing the door where a screw holds it on.
I have been looking for anybody that sells a new dash but no luck
anybody now where i can buy a replacment dash for this 1980
i dont think it is worth fixing.
please give me some ideas on what to do

LONG LONG time ago in a land far far away, I sent a '70 GTO/Lemans dash, nearly same size shape as yours off to a company called JUST DASHES....in California at that time....
they completely recast the whole thing, and returned it....
it was expensive then.....so do a web search if they still around...
I can say the work was better than OEM by a fair amount, and lasted about ten years too boot in a convertible....it was BLACK, not a mark on it....
