6 hrs. later. stiff bushings. actuators, relay, old hoses, winking syndrome. i figured change the acuator when left light door was slow, then would not close. did it without taking off hood but still bad. swapped relays. rod moved but everything binding. crc and three hours later it closed. not all the way tried to tighten clevis. doors wont open. lost vacumn.need vacucumn gauge and hose kit. maybe bushings. ramps. ran out of time left them open for now. hard to reach under there.

I'm looking forward to that one. I managed to snap the top off of the vacuum reservoir canister in the front while tring to get a line off.
These cars fight you on everything, that's why there are so few of them in good shape running around any more. It will be worth it, someday (I keep telling myself).

www.corvette-101.com has a good troubleshooting guide for the vacuum system on the vettes. It does not cover the cars with wiper doors but the parts are still the same and will test the same.
