Need emergency brake help
Well I have about 6hr in this job that is driving me crazy, i have repalce everything for the emaegency brakes , now when i put the rotors back on and use the brake and release it I get a clicking sound coming out of the rotors , it looks like the lever that attaches to the cable and makes the pads move is clipping the axle ,I know some one out there know the answer ...thanks

Same thing happened to me. Come to find out the little clip (on the back side of the shaft that holds the spring that hold the shoe against the backing plate) is to deep and hits as the axle shaft rotates. I used the old clips and clicking went away.
