Just a final note.
Once I had this manual to study and figure out how these things work I realized my sending unit was junk. No surprise I'm sure it's 40 years old. I think I screwed my refurbished gauge with all the testing and retesting somehow. Tuition Fees I guess.
I have a new gauge and sending unit ordered from Wilcox.
