75 coupe. All grey wire single lead lights don't work (Back of speedo, tach etc). Neither do headlights. Double leaded wires work (fasten seat belt, door ajar, courtesy lamps, etc).
All worked prior to disassembly.
Checked fuse box fuses (twice). Does this sound like headlight switch, grounding or other fuse.

Please advise
Sounds like ground to me. Exc. the headlight thing.
as suggested above i also think its a ground. to test, run a wire from a good ground to the back of the speedo, tach (where the bulbs plug in). if they light you know its a ground issue.
This diagram is easier to read and understand and should be very close to your 75'. I would check the ground wire that is located on the left pillar as others have suggested.
It's definitely a 'grounding' issue. Since the headlights and the gauge cluster aren't working, it might be the ground wire between engine compartment and interior space. Check ground connections at the fuse block, too.

Also check the chassis to engine (mount) ground on the passenger side.
