key warning buzzer question
I ordered a new key warning buzzer switch( clip) that ataches to my key warning buzzer switch.
does this clip just attach to one side of that switch?
can anybody give me insight on how this clip gos on the switch and tell me the purpose of the clip on the key warning buzzer switch.
i have a 1980 with tilt/tele

This is the best picture of the clip and switch that I can find right now.
The clip just retains the switch in the lock cylinder housing. I am quite sure that there is only one way that the clip will attach to the switch. Then there should be an end the clips over the housing. The following picture is of an earlier tilt column. But your switch and clip should be similar.
