I think he is talking about the one under the fender.
Here is a pretty good picture that might help you. I did this for a customer that was trying to add factory ac to a car without it. But the bottom picture shows what I think he wants. It is a real PITA to get this part out too!

You are correct - the one I'm after is the one in the pass side fender. I can see where the vac line connects but I cannot see how to get to the vac acuator to replace it. I have the pass side mappocket dash out and the pass side kick panel and removed the ower vent door. I can reach up inside the void and feel the plenum door but cannot see how to get the actuator out.
The hose number 7 is screwed down over a tit sticking outward. You have to get your hand behind the flapper door to remove the nuts (5), the vacuum pod bolts to it and it only. Kind of tricky but it has to be done from the top side of the car! You can’t reach it from the kick panel area.
I should have good used on either one so you might want to call in tomorrow and ask Norm to check. He would have to call you back after he has someone go out to the warehouse to check.
