powder coated the 76 frame
I have some pretty good connections and got really lucky this past weekend. My fiances dad works for an iron company and we took my 76 frame down for some sand blasting the shop mgr charged me "what I thought it was worth" so I gave him 100$ He was happy. Then a buddy of mine lead me to his friend that does custom powder coating, he invited me and the frame over Monday night showed me the ropes and let me powder coat everything I had. upper and lower a arms, tank surround, and radiator support as well as the frame. he to knowing I'm doing this as a gift said to pay him for the powder I used. I gave him 200$ So I have 300$ wrapped up in the powder coating good deal I think... He also invited me back for the rear control arms, driveshafts and 3rd member
