What ended up working for me were vice grips and a LOT of PB Blaster.
I bought and tried a flare wrench and that would not budge it. That may be your only choice though, if your space is really limited. Better yet would be the box wrench that was suggested. The flare wrench would let go when I put a lot of pressure on it. Just soak the **it out of it first. You may be able to see what you are doing if you move the inner fender material out of the way.
Once you have it off, you then have to look forward to blindly starting the new one on the threads. I gave up and took a beverage break. When I came back, my brother had it started, after only 5 minutes of trying!
I decided it would be easier to disconnect all the other lines from the distribution block, then unbolt it and cut the old line. I eventually got it out so now I'll just clamp it down the the table and go to work on it with the vice grips to remove the old front left and front right fittings. Wish I woulda done this the first time, it was much easier this way
