That's what mine sounds like . Everything is new ! Power slot rotors , Hawk pads, new calipers . It should be mouse quiet, but can wake the dead. Any ideas/suggestions ?
Do you have a sound .wav file or a movie file, so that we can hear your brakes ?
Mine are a little noisy too when they are cold, but much less when hot.
Try to make a chamfer with a file on the leading and trailing edges of the pads and put a dab of high temperature grease on the back of the pad plates. It can help.

If you can imagine air brakes ( school bus, cement truck ) then you get the idea . I'm using Hawk Performance HPS Ferro-Carbon pads . Not a problem stopping, just noisy as hell getting there ! Makes no difference in temp. either . I've heard about putting a chamfer on the edges . Might be time for a rip and tear
Where did you get your back window? Looks pretty good on a C3.
That was on it when I bought it back in '94 . I just had the car stripped and discovered that the ENTIRE rear deck had been cut away and that window and flat deck was glassed on. And, a lousy job of it as we found out ! All better now thiough
