You may also want to have a conversation with Bullet Cams, they have a very good catalog of lobes in the 230-240@0.050 duration and make a great cam! Link: http://www.bulletcams.com/

It would be worth it to buy a true two piece timing cover so you can just remove the water pump to change the cam degrees. Reversion is bad also. You might end up retarding the cam 2-4 degrees

i vote for a slightly wider lsa on this one. i am running a 112 in my z06 and it is a mild cam. it has a rough idle. this isnt a problem for me but it does not like hot weather if you park and have to restart often. the tune is much eaiser with the wider lsa and with the shorter duration it will help you out on the detonation. i would go at least 113 if not 115. most of the d/d guys are going with 114+4 cams. normally i am one of the narrow lsa guys but in your case i think you will have better results with a wider lsa. the peak power will not be as high but you will have a longer power band, aka.....power comming in a little sooner and lasting a little longer. this should help the mushy bottom end you are experiancing even more.

I plan on it being dynoed once I get everything settled on it. I did dyno the old combo with a 825 Might Demon and Victor Jr. intake. Cam specs are in my signature. As you can see 409 RWHP. I'm not expecting a whole lot if any more peak HP just more area under the curve and hopefully a broader power curve. It won't be right away as I am gathering the parts and probably won't do it until mid fall.
