Big block bellhousing
Is it possible to use a truck bellhousing (for the large flywheel) with a Muncie 4 speed trans? The center hole on the truck housing is slightly larger than the car housing. Wondering if this would cause any problems.

Yes, it will cause problems. With the oversize hole, there will be nothing to properly locate the transmission. Bubba had already installed a truck bell housing on my Vette when I bought it. The pilot bearing was totally wiped out.
