I left my lights on again the other day, so I made my own headlight warning system with a chime from Radio Shack and some help from Google. Upon further research, I am seeing that my '75 should already have this system installed. Does anybody know where it is? I have the Doc Rebuild electrical diagram and cannot figure it out.
I believe that I saw in 2 places that 75 was first year for the buzzer. I'll look again. If someone else has a 75, please let me know if you have a buzzer when lights are on and ignition is off. Thanks!
On my 77, the warning buzzer is on the right side of the fuse box.
I can barely hear mine and I don't think they make new ones.
Ecklers has the buzzers for a 72-76 years but they are only for the seat belt and key warning.
