Shifter Pointer Problemo
My 81 Automatic didn't have the Shift indicator pointer when I got it. (Wish that was all it didn't have) Anyway I need to know how this thing attaches to the shifter. I've got it in the console and I see where I think it should attach to the shifter but need to know does it just screw on? Seems like it should mount to some kind of swivel so it don't break. Anyone have that page of the AIM I can get from them. I'm still waiting for mine from Corvette Central. Damn! Knew I forgot to do something today. I meant to call them again. Thats on my list of priorities tomorrow. If anybody out there can help I sure would appreciate it.
