Muncie Kit Recommendations
My 1970 Muncie needs an overhaul... who makes a good kit these days?
I need all new internals except for the gears.

I second Zwede's recommendation. Paul is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. I have been to his shop in Florida, very impressive. He also has a good rebuild video.

5speeds (Paul) is a CF member who, as mentioned, knows what he's talking about, and I highly recommend picking up a copy of his book, How to Build and Modify High-Performance Manual Transmissions (S-A Design). IMHO, even if you're not in the market for his wares, Gear Rhonda makes visiting his sight worth the trip.

Ed Hartnett's 4 speeds. 610-623-9381 email eh4speeds@aol.com He rebuilds trannines and also supplies the kits sold by others (Eastwood for one) If you have any trouble, just give him a call. He was very helpful when I rebuilt mine.
