question about my block....
it is from a 70's truck..when i go to get plugs do i need to look under chevy truck 454 with the year that it is from. also, if i wnat to change my water pump, what info do i tell them besides 454??

For plugs I would tell them that it is for whatever year truck the engine came out of. As for the water pump, you need to tell them that it's for a big block Corvette. The water pump that most likely came with the 454 truck engines was probably a long style water pump....you need a short style water pump. :cheers:
