OP,
Front clip, wipers, windshield and reveal mouldings, interior header bar trim, A pillar seals.
With the front fenderes and hood surround off, drill out whatever is left of the rivets on the corner mounts for the fenders and then hang your head and cry over all the work ya got to do.
Have a beer, then get busy.
I have some pics of the process, I think there are a couple vendors making the lower WS frame pieces now, so it will be easier than when I did it
There is really NO OTHER way of doing it as like was mentioned/shown in the above post by 69Vett. Been there, done that and it is a FUN job. You will waste more time trying to cut corners and possibly create more problems and potentially end up with an inferior repair. This is an IMPORTANT part of your cars structure. IF it is not RIGHT. You can possibly have problems in those parts that attach /bond to it in the future.
"DUB"
It is a big scarey job, and it takes ***** to do & lots of pictures.
But you will know every nut and bolt on your car, IT does take quite a few beers,
I think my process was about 2 months, from seperating to back with a finished,
nice Insulated firewall, I had some fiberglass repairs on the Firewall, and I refurbished everything before reassemble Holler if you have any specific questions.;;;;69VETT
