Quickest way to identify is the door opener. 68 had pushbutton key to open door.

Sweet Vette! Is it black or dark blue… the paint is so smooth it reflects the sky to the point where it looks like it might be blue. Who did the paint?

Actually, the '63 Pontiac Banshee was a concept car that looks VERY much like our third gen Corvettes, so I think it's entirely appropriate ... :)

This car was built in 1963. I saw it at a car show at Pebble Beach several years ago.

You know what? I wrote that based on memory of the article (Nov 2001 Hot Rod Magazine) and posted the scans of the pics without re-reading it, and actually it never mentions the year the prototype is from. My bad! Thats what I get for drinking and posting...
