I finished a suspension rebuild recently and replaced/rebuilt on my '73 SB:
* shocks
* bushings all the way around
* tie rod ends
* ball joints
* power steering control valve
* power steering cylinder
* power steering hoses
* front sway bar end links
* struts
After I finished, I took the vette down to the alignment shop. After they got it all dialed in it worked pretty well at first, then over the last couple months the vette has started pulling hard left more and more. I took it back to the alignment shop and they say it's all dialed in, they tried tweaking it to see if it would effect it, but it still does it.
It drives straight when the wheel is at 12:00, and as long as I hold it there it goes straight. But if I let go of the wheel, it pulls left pretty hard.
After I put the power steering back on, I did make sure and get the bolt on the power steering cylinder dialed in so with the front wheels in the air they don't turn in either direction.
I haven't jacked it up and checked that again to see if it's loose, but is there anything else that could effect it?

You might try re-centering the control valve again, and while your under there make sure that all the nuts, bolts and other fasteners are tight.
You might also take a look at the left caliper to make sure it's not binding.
Have you ever changed the front rubber brake lines? PG.
