Default HELP Please.

I got some questions that need answering about the 1980's C3 Corvettes.

numero uno: What add-ons or parts sapped the power out of the C3 in the 1980's? can i get rid of those parts or things?

numero dos: where can i find a blower for a 1980 C3? or at least an injector style air intake?

Federal emissions mandated power reducers are at fault here... low compression, large chamber heads. Lean carburetion. Catalyst exhaust. Yes these can be worked around but if your car needs to pass emissions certification (inspection sticker???) you probably won't pass with a "blower" air intake sticking through the hood. Paint the car gray, stock wheels and 400HP UNDER the stock hood with nothing to attract Johnny Law.... then you'd have something. Tough to do and stay legal but not impossible.
