modif 454ci!!!!!

hello

can one build a big-block 454 or other, DOHC = Double overhead camshaft or push rods hydrolic????

Your question is not too clear, Chevy from the factory never made a DOHC 454

I would like to find a block 454, to put DOHC + double camshafts at the head….

it's possible if you have the a closet full o money and find someone to make a DOHC Heads and cam but at this point, I am not aware if such heads are in existence...

I can not find any company that makes a dohc cylinder head to fit a chevrolet 454

These will get you close; but it's still a pushrod head. They flow like the wind and are only 100 Bens!

Without the existence of such parts I'd have to say it is impossible. You cannot take them off of any other engine and put them on a 454. They have to be designed specifically for a Chevy big block.
