Your local engine shop should be able to get them from Pioneer or Elgin if you are looking for new,for used they will likely just give them away.I haven't priced ARP lately,but they probably aren't a lot more money than stock.If you go to your GM dealer,they will look at you as if you have a horn growing out of your forehead.

China. (You said you wanted sbc "stock" head bolts...cheap. That's where GM buys them now.) Just buy them 'direct' from China and bypass the GM mark-up.

ARP bolts are only $60. You can go down to $30 for Fel Pro or Mr Gasket. Your engine, your choice. Follow link for 29 different bolt kits.
