Some new stuff...
- Replaced old steel crankshaft pulley with new aluminum one,
- Removed the two heater hoses ( never used the heater in Summer
), so I now have more room for this :- Removed old plastic overflow tank ( and hoses ), replaced it with a Canton aluminum one ( 4 quarts capacity ) and made a TIG welded stainless steel bracket to fix it.
Next week-end, I have to change the valve stem seals I received a few days ago ( O-rings + positive stop seals 11/32" x 0.562" ) :

I made a special tool to make the job easy and not hurt them during the process.
