Default Nose support rod on 69
I bought a nose support rod for my 69 vette, but it acts way too long. If anyone could tell me the length of what it's supposed to be that would be great.

I just measured the one off my 68 parts car. It's 20" maybe 20-1/6" at it's longest point.

Define "acts too long"? It should run from the base of the radiator support to behind the bumper mount. If the original is missing, the nose might be drooping a bit.

Have a buddy lift the nose while you fit the rod.
