Default 3" driveshaft

I'mI buying a 3 inch driveshaft for my car and want to know does anyone have one in theirs and did they have to modify the trans tunnel to put it in.

Are you going aluminum or carbon fiber by any chance? What about your halfshafts?

I had no prob's with the 3" upgrade except for having to shave a little tunnel insulation off one corner. Definately consider aluminum, the extra flex will save you some wear on other components.

Probally going with the aluminum.No need for half shafts I have a 9 inch Ford rear in the car.
