I have a 1970 Red with convertible top many bolt on improvements.
The pain is the wiper door assy wont go up and down as originally intended It is not moving at all. Also I live in RI and own a billiard club if anyone would like to come by and talk corvette this fall/winter

Can you open the door manually? We'll need to know that to either start with frozen bolts or with a vaucum issue.

There are a couple of headlight and wiperdoor threads going on right now; Willcox is a great source of help. As he said a little more description of what has been happening (or not happening) will help get you some guidance.
