Default My '69 Speaker solution

I purchased some Infinity 4"x6" speakers and found the opening was a bit bigger than the speaker itself. Thanks to some insight from the forum members, I spent the day gathering an fabricating brackets for my side-kick panel speakers. Here are a few pics of my solution, thanks to Home Depot. Enjoy....

Speaker solution = true duals with no cats and flowmasters or chambered exhaust. No need for speakers if you can't hear them anyway.

True. Chambered is my next purchase, so I guess my speakers are moot. But, on a moonlight night with the tops and engine off, I will need those speakers for the Barry White music that send my wife over the top(literally or figuratively, your choice.....) :D

Bubba got to the original radio, unfortunatly.... These speakers are rated to 4 ohms@40W RMS. I listened to them before buying. For their small size they sound pretty good; But due to their size, they cannot create much bass. They rate down to 70Hz, but I would guess its more like 150Hz. These are better than the Bubba Kraco speakers with the ripped cone on the drivers side I took out...
