Most 2nd gen (1970-1982) Camaro wheels were 14x7 with .34 offset except Z28s, which were 15x7 with .30 offset. I think that comes out to 4.25" backspace. You didn't say what year Corvette you have, but most were 15x8 with 4.00" of backspacing. Those TT wheels should fit if they matched the original Camaro size, but they are going to be 1" narrower. I don't think you can fit the optional Corvette tire (255/60-15) on 7" wide rims, but the basic 225's will probably fit. Check an online sight like TireRack.com to double check.
Sorry should have been more specific. The wheels are 17x8's. It would be going on a 72 Vette
In other words, TorqueThrust 2s?? I'd A) check the backspacing closely...as mentioned above, you need a wheel with no more than 4", clearance at the trailing arm is the issue; and B) you'll need to check clearance between the back side of the spokes and the calipers. The C3 calipers are WIDE, and the old TTs had spokes that were curved on the backside, to clear the calipers.
