72 seat mounts
Does anyone know how the rear outside seat mount bracket is installed?
Unlike the inner ones with the rivets, my 72 has the hole for the track mount but not for the 2 rivets that hold the bracket to the bottom of the car. Thanks

i'm not sure of your question. the seats are bolted to the slide rails with one bolt(5/16 with small head) at each end. the rails are bolted to the floor pan with four 5/16 body bolts, the front bolts are in the middle of the rails support bracket, and the rear bolts are to the outside of the rails (as viewed from the seat). the body bolts screw into reinforcements riveted to the underside of the floor pan. unless you've removed these under floor reinforcements, all you need to mount the seats are the 8 bolts.
