I have a question on running the hydroboost high pressure lines. I want to run hydroboost with manual steering. I have the power steering pump on the car and hydroboost bolted in. What do I need to do with the high pressure out on the hydroboost? Just block it off?
I have received some information on this. The high pressure hose from the pump will go to the hydroboost, the high pressure out will go to a cooler, out of the cooler it will tee back into the return line.
You will want the high pressure line out to go back into the pump or cooler as you state. I do not run a cooler on mine and also have a Steeroids on mine. You will want the high pressure line to have the direct line of sight back to the pump and T the return line off the hydroboost to the high pressure return line. Try not to T the high pressure line back to return. You want this direct flow to return. That way there is not restriction. The low pressure return line from the HB has very little fluid returning so put that on the T part. You want little or no restriction on the high pressure return line.

That makes sense. I installed Hydroboost this year and love it. I read your post but didn't have an answer for you.
Let us know how it goes, with pictures, of course!!
