Here is a diagram for the power windows. Looks like gauge fuse supplies power to the power window relay.

Sometimes the Up/Down control switch goes bad, or needs to be cleaned. If you can check power on the window motor directly this will be best.
Before you take anything apart, with engine running: does the window go down but has trouble going up? If this is the case, then I would suspect you regulator gear or spring has failed.
