I have a '77 in need of fixing leaks in the break line. I have found leaks in the front hoses. I've search the forums and found advice on how best to replace and bleed the lines.
I also noticed some fluid inside the car that has dripped down from under the dash onto the floor near the break pedel. Does this mean the break booster needs to be relaced or is there / could there be a gasket issue causing this leak.
It means at least the master cylinder is leaking and needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Brake fluid is filling the booster and running out the booster valve.
