Default Quick Brake/Master Question

Installing a 79 Corvette master cylinder in another vehicle. I was wondering if someone could take a look at their master and determine what port is for the front brakes and which is for the rear? Would appreciate it.

Thanks!

The front port is for the fronts and the back port is for the fronts, only kidding Back port is for the back, the GM engineers were kind enough not to screw this one up

If only the engineers were consistent. They weren't all like that.

Thanks for the help!

Is the other vehicle 4-wheel disks? If not, you will also need to plumb in a 10# residual valve to the drums. Even so, you may also need a proportioning valve unless the other vehicle also has the same weight bias as a Vette, which is highly doubtful.
