Why do my rear tires have such an angle to them when the car is setting on the ground?? They go in on top and and stick out the bottom about 2 to 3 inches..... I checked out underneath and I didn't see any type of adjustments I could make.... I'm new at vette's and all I could figure is the springs may need resprung???? Thanks again for any help.....

Sounds like the cams on your strut rods are loose and slipped out of adjustment.
Look at the bottom of your differential. You will see a bracket with two skinny strut rods going to the bottom of each trailing arm. The strut rods connect to the trailing arms to control the alignment. You will see that the strut rod connects to the lower shock mounting bolt which runs through the bottom of the trailing arm.
On the bracket that is attached to the differential where the strut rods go are two bolts that hold the strut rods in place. Look carefully and you will see that behind the bolt head is an adjusting cam ( big keyed washer with the hole off center) that fits into the strut bracket. The bolt hole that the strut bolt goes through is slotted to allow the cam to be adjusted and pull the bottom of the trailing arm in and out to adjust the alignment.
Your strut rod bushing could also be whipped causing the wheels to camber in at the top of the wheels.
m69.... thanks so much, I'll check it out tomorrow and see if I can make any adjustments... should there be any tilt to the wheel as I adjust or make them straight up?
