alignment recomendations
Im building an 81 and want to get alignment specs for i guess i could say spirited driving. want to set it up as close to track alignment as possible without major tire wear. this car will see prob 7-9 thousand miles a year. allpoly bushings,hiem joint style strut rods,new moog stock replacement big block srings, stock fiberglass monoleaf rear. All susp new. 20/8.5 wheels 255 35 20 nitto 555's

See the following "Advance Street". Do not let the alignment place to use anything in there computer. Also make sure they get the numbers as close to equal as possible. A print out of the before and after numbers is also helpful.

Just be aware that if you set alignment specs at something other than factory specifications and most of your driving is normal street driving, your tires will begin to wear excessively depending on how the alignment has been set. It's a 'trade-off' between how badly you want good handling under 'race' conditions vs. handling comfort and tire-wear during normal driving.
