I have a 73 bb with t/t steering column. The wheel and everything is off down to the turnsignal switch. With the key on the left turn signal flashes correctly but the right signal will not flash. Does the mean a bad connection in the switch or replace the whole switch ?
Does the indicator light on the dash light up . If so; then your signal switch is ok. Turn on your four-way flashers and look for the bulb that doesn't light. It could be a bad bulb , bad ground or a broken wire.
First when you say the right doesnt flash do you mean the right lights light up but don't flash or they dont light at all ?
I would go down to the harmonica connector (flat connector on the column) and with the right signal turned on check with a test light both sides of the connector at the double dark blue wire and both sides of the green wire. If you dont have power there the switch is probably at fault.
