Default I need more low
I would really love to take the rear end of my 81 down about another inch to inch and a half. I put longer bolts already and they are just above the bottom rim line. A longer bolt would hit pavement before the rim with a flat.

Is there some other part or different spring that could lower the back?

What spring are you using now? Stock or composite? I'm not sure if later model years used composite springs intead of leaf springs.

Default stock as far as I know
the spring appears to be the original stock spring. do they make replacement springs de-arched compared to stock?

what about removing leafs from springs?

How long are the bolts you installed? I think the longest are 9" and thoes get it down to a nice look.

I have 8" bolts, any longer and the bolt would extend below the bottom of the rim. Flat tire = hit road = bad
