can i replace the headers on my car without pulling the engine is there anyone other way ?

Yes. Depending on whether your headers are bolted to the x/h-pipe or welded will determine how easy that part is. Once you unbolt them from the heads and unbolt/un-weld from the x/h-pipe, you'll be able to finagle them out of there from underneath the car. You'll have to disconnect your spark plug wires and maybe your Z-bar, but other than those, you shouldn't have to remove anything else.

I put my headers in but had to remove the starter and z-bar on my 4 speed. I don't remember, but I may have had to lift the rear of the engine with a jack too. It can be done though.

I just installed a set also. i only had to remove the Z-bar for the 4-speed, starter stayed in. You will need to jack the car up, and install them from below though. Went in in like 1 hour.
