i need to replace the rubber seals on my 73 t-tops i have seen many different types  1st question where would the best place to buy them be? 2nd what kind? and 3rd how hard will this be? something that someone with average mechanical skills can do? :smash: :smash: Thanks i sure do love this place
It is not an easy job
My best advice is to do some home work before you order them
I orderd some for a 76 then in 2 months when I went to install them I found out ( by how the lever mech fastens to the top ) that the tops I had were from a 77 and they were different right down to the size and shape of the rubber, and of course it was too late to take them back.
Best of luck
Not hard to do. You need patience, puddy knife, weatherstrip adhesive, solvent for old glue, lots 'o rags and heat gun helps. Try below link. Good Luck -Rod :chevy http://www.corvette-rubber.com/
Got my weatherstrip for the T-Tops from Willcox. Didn't have any problems installing the weatherstrip. They are very knowledgeable there, just tell them what year you need, and you wiget the right stuff.
