Cabin air flow problems--need information please
My 17 year old son purchased a 76 vette last summer-daily driver, nothing special. He has had blower problems with the heat and air. The heat/air blows very little air from the dash vents or heater ducts/defroster. Replaced the fan motor and checked that the fan is running at every speed, still very little air flow. My son and I have torn down the dash, removed the blower box, removed the heater core all of these areas are clean. We have not been able to see the incoming side of the condensor coil. We did run the blower before we reinstalled the dash duct work and had little to no air flow at the blower box. My son checked the vacuum and found one leak, parts ordered-head light relay. Even with the vacuum leak blocked off we still get very little air flow from the dash, heater or defroster. Oh, yea. we did check the operation of all the doors/dampers in the dash and all seems to be normal. Any help would be very appreciated.
