Recently replaced the power window harness and window switches on a 75. Can't seem to get them to power up. Replaced the relay and breaker, still don't work. Any suggestions?
Have you powered up the motor to make sure it works and verified that the motor is grounded?
Run a separate ground wire to the side of the motor, and then run a power wire and touch one of the two terminals on the motor. One side is up and one is down. If the motor runs then check for power at the connector on the harness. If you have power on the harness, attach it to the motor with the separate ground attached. If the motor runs you have a grounding problem.
Do you have power at the connector to the motor on the harness when you power use the switch? This is odd, the power window harness is pretty much plug and play. It plus in the the fuse panel and the other items and you should've been ready to go.
