Will these wheels work? help quick! deal in process

My car is a 74 convertible.
will these wheels bolt right up with no mods?

Polished 17" Torq Thrust wheels with 215/50/17 tires, tires have some life left but not much, one wheel has some marks on the back inside of the wheel but not noticable from front, price is $575 obo, fit Chevy S10, older Impala, etc- I am pretty sure the bolt pattern is 5x4.75, backspacing is 4"

I'm not sure. I emailed him back telling him I'll take them. (we agreed on $500)
and I haven't heard anything back. hope he didn't sell them. that seems like a good deal.

I have a set of cragar 40th aniversary edition 16x 8 with a set of 255 60 16 mounted on them.......

They have been on the car for two years, but never driven beyond the parking lot....as I have been working on my 71 that long....

will take 600.00 for the set.

I imagine it would be difficult to get beyond the parking lot with that setup!
