Hey guys...feeling funny right now...I just sold my '70 to a guy from California. His name is Robert and he is registered here on the Forum as Rottenrob. Him and his friend are driving it from New Orleans all the way home to Santa Barbara. They are hitting all the landmarks along the way, and will have the time of their lives.
I on the other hand am home feeling very funny. I have a '96 CE LT4 I am going to pick up next weekend...so I am moving over to the C4 Section....but will miss all of you...I will come visit often if you will let me!
Hope to see ya around here soon Eric.. Best of Luck! :D I have always admired your car, and thought it was one of the best ones on this forum. If I only had the money..it would be parked in the empty spot in "MY" garage. See Ya :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya
REMEMBER: keep on wavin!!
Sorry to see you go (leave the C3 site), but we know you won't be far away. Hope to see new pictures of the '96 CE, but I must insist on the same hood ormament that you had on the 70. Let's see,....... what was her name?
You guys are a trip! I can't believe you remember that picture with Beth, the Saintsation on the hood!! I surf all the forums, and don't mind jumping in in any section. So I am sure you all will see me here from time to time. I also KNOW already that my C3 WILL be missed by myself, my wife, and two daughters. I was just ready for a new experience, and I am sure one day I will return having another C3...only big block and 4 speed next time around. In the meantime, I will be learning about the LT4 which I have heard so many good things about!
Take a break from the forum for a few days and worlds collide... sorry to hear that you sold her... thought we had you convinced that all she needed was a bigblock 502
Eric,
That must feel about like you're giving a kid up for adoption. I know you've been trying to sellk it for a while now. I hope you got a good price. That was/is one gorgeous car!
Dave
Just when we thought that your "fever" had broke . . . Oh well, can't save'em all. I'm sure that the '96 CE LT4 will provide you with just as much enjoyment, only different. That '96 CE LT4 is going to be a nice addition to your stable along with that future big block C3. :seeya
No problem, by the time we get back to the track I should at least have my exhaust done. Now if I can only get the extra cash for the MSD box and distributor. I want to see 13's the next time I run.
