Rear end rebuilders?
My rear on the 81 is whining on decel, so time for a rebuild (and maybe gear change). Anybody know a good shop near OKC? I am hoping to save the shipping, but willing to ship it somewhere if need be. Thanks, Jeff

Well, long story short, I "paid" the Chevy dealer here to do it, but I may do it again myself, and use a little heavier oil. When its cold it does not hardly do it at all. It does not chatter on corners, but sings when let off between 45 and 55 MPH. But I plan to at least make sure the pinion nut has not backed off any, I have heard of people finding them finger tight.
