Default Brake line question

Hi, all,

I am replacing the Brake Master Cylinder in my 1980 corvette with one that I got from the junkyard out of a 1995 Camaro. It lines up and fits perfectly in all ways but one: I need to do something about the brake lines from the M/C to the junction block. Custom made lines? Braided stainless steel? What is the answer here? Anybody out there have any advice?

It's not too hard to make lines yourself with one of these.

They're about 30-40 bucks on Ebay or Sears.

Make sure you use the right unions and the right size pipe. If you're not confident doing that you could cut and shape the pipe how you want it and take it to your local shop to get the ends made.

Your probably going to find that the 95 master is metic and the 80 is SAE. You will need to come up with addapter fittings of some sort as well as new lines.
